HBO ULTIMATE SUPERFAN Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Magnon Solutions Pvt. Limited. and these Terms & Conditions shall apply to all stages of the Contest.

1.     Eligibility

(a)     To participate in the Contest, you (the “Participant”) must be a citizen or permanent resident of  India and be 18 years old and above.

(b)     Only www.hbosouthasia.com users who have duly completed the Contest application form, are eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest does not apply to other countries except India.

(c)     The Organiser, its contractors, agents, and the publisher/ owner of the media platform on which the Contest is hosted and each of their employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. The Participant shall ensure that his/her participation satisfies the Rules (as defined in Clause 3(a) below) and all other requirements including without limitation technical and format requirements.
